hush

following a week or so of late-to-bed and late-to-rise for most of us here in the house, I am working on getting back to my quiet, solo morning hour.  so much more fulfilling and satisfying than those late night hours strung together after she goes to sleep.  give me tea and a book, a misty grey morning and some soft twinkly white lights and I'm all set.  I love the hush.  the quiet.

    1. definitely a work in progress for me. as I sit here on the computer way too late after getting her to bed and then attacking a project for an hour or two. and now, the computer! ack! I must redirect!

    1. ooph. I'm not so motivated yet so as to wake in the dark. but I envy your dedication and such. I've long been trying to make the shift to morning-person-hood. wish me luck in a successful dn continued endeavor ;)

  6. This cycle is a constant struggle for our household! Bea sleeps like a rock all evening/night but light as a feather come the wee hours of the morning. Now matter how quiet I am she hears me from at least 6 am on.
