Following the Breath

Breathing in, I calm my body.
Breathing out, I smile.
Dwelling in the present moment,
I know this is a wonderful moment.

So sweet and so simple.  
I've been working on bringing my focus more on living in the moment, being grateful for the present, mindful of what I have, what I am experiencing...

It can be so hard to slow down and do this!

So, I will keep reminding myself to
breathe, deeply
slow down
notice things
all we have is now, right?
