a bit of cheer

making.  baking.  eating.  breathing.  sending.  laughing.  wishing.  loving.

those cookies are already all gone.  tonight we'll make some more and perhaps another treat or two.  the day after tomorrow we will see our darkest day and happily welcome the slow and steady return of light.  the forecast of warm and rainy may put a damper on bonfire plans, but that's alright.

I think I'll drink everything out of our tiny little santa mugs for the next week or so.
